It is clear that Luna is writing from the heart with the setting of archaeology and Mediterranean digs. But this first in a collection just didn’t quite grab me in the same manner and I found I just could not get my teeth into this plot. I really liked Luna’s previous series, 'Blackwood Cellars', because I felt myself carried away with the characters and the romance. But as they work together under the scorching Mediterranean sun, the heat between them proves impossible to ignore.
